Notably, at Harper’s BAZAAR magazine, Pamela played a pivotal role in launching ShopBAZAAR, a first of its kind designer luxury marketplace, showcasing her foresight and innovation.

Continuing her trajectory of success, Pamela took on a significant role at The Knot, a leading life stage company. Her strategic acumen and leadership were further recognized at Burberry, where she served as the Digital Director for the Americas in New York. Pamela’s time at Burberry was marked by transformative initiatives that solidified her reputation as a digital trailblazer.

A testament to her resilience and adaptability, Pamela later relocated her family to her hometown, assuming a Digital and Marketing Executive Leadership role at Bon Ton Stores. In the face of challenges, she navigated the company through bankruptcy, underscoring her ability to lead through change and uncertainty.
